Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

You must include your order number or proof of purchase inside the return package.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items

Accessories (if applicable)

Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your item and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ( Janigwen@gmail.com ) with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
